Priorities

1. Protect Montmar's green spaces and woodlandMonitor open spaces and actions that may affect Mas Jové, Quatre Bosquets, Bellavista promenade, the Miramar / Pinar area and Ca n'Aimeric, among other areas of neighbourhood interest.
2. Improve pavements and road surfacesRequest implementation and follow-up of municipal commitments relating to the condition, continuity and accessibility of neighbourhood pavements and roads.
3. Improve cleanliness and safetyStrengthen maintenance of streets and green areas, prevention and the presence of the appropriate services.
4. Improve public transportRaise the need for a more useful service in a neighbourhood with steep gradients and high dependence on mobility.
5. Reduce traffic speedPromote traffic-calming and road-safety measures where street configuration makes them necessary.
6. Monitor firebreak maintenanceMonitor the condition and periodic maintenance of Montmar's firebreak, especially clearing, conservation and wildfire-risk prevention.
7. Underground overhead cablesPromote the undergrounding of overhead cables whenever pavement and road renovation works create a practical opportunity to do so.

How this becomes practical action
